RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
Nickelcast.com wants you to be 100% happy with the product you receive, and if you are unhappy for any reason you are welcome to return the product. Also we will refund you the original shipping fee, however you are responsible for paying the shipping of the product back to us. There is no restocking fee. When your returned item has arrived back to us we will then issue your refund in the method you paid for the returned item.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If you received your product and it was damaged due to shipping please contact us right away and we will replace this product for you, of course at no additional charge. Please save the actual box your order was shipped in so we can call FedEx, UPS or USPS to file a claim. Without actual shipping box, and contents we are unable to process a damaged claim or refund any money to you.
Also we understand some customers prefer to have mint packaging and sometimes this is not possible. Please understand we will try and get you best package but not always mint. We cannot guarantee mint packages.
